For the ultimate in planning needs, this package covers all your planning needs and all the assistants we’ll be using… from the first day of planning all the way to the day after, even down to the guest list and invitations.  You’ll receive a customized wedding notebook with Divine Design Services/Prices, checklists, planning timelines and budget breakdowns specifically matched to your wedding.  You’ll have full access to everything our consultants can do for you…etiquette questions, design information, referrals.  In summary….this package covers every detail needed from beginning to end of your wedding planning.  You’ll need nothing further!

This package includes:
  • Unlimited consultations – in person, phone and email
  • Unlimited planning – Full assistance with every aspect of your planning
  • Unlimited ‘concierge’ service – shopping, errands, gift wrapping,  if you need it done for your wedding, we’ll do it!
  • Customized Wedding Planning Notebook
  • Vendor Referrals – Qualified connections with the right vendors for your wedding
  • Vendor Liason – All contract negotiations and point of contact for every vendor you’ll be using for your wedding day
  • Budget Breakdown and Tracking – Preliminary plan for your wedding budget, monitoring of all payments both made and due.
  • Decorating Services – Set up, tear down, design plans, decoration ideas, walk throughs, floor plan
  • Day of Services – Complete supervision of all day of activities and vendors, handle emergencies, support bridal party
  • Invitations – Addressing, preparation, ordering, tracking RSVPs  (Does not include the costs of postage or invitations)
  • All assistant hours – This package includes all assistants needed for day of, rehearsal and any planning phases.
  • Timeline – Creation and distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party, family members.
  • Rehearsal – Conduct rehearsal, do any preliminary work required for the Big Day
  • Engagement Party Planning (up to 10 hours)
  • Rehearsal Dinner Planning (up to 10 hours)
  • Bridesmaid’s Luncheon Planning (up to 5 hours)
  • Wedding Brunch Planning  (up to 5 hours)
  • Rental Returns and Pick Up – Obtain any items to any rental vendor, as in cake, tuxedos or linens (does not include delivery of large items normally handled by delivery trucks as in chairs, tables, etc.)
Package Price: $2,250.00

Payment terms: $1,125 deposit, $500 due at halfway point, $625.00 60 days prior. Labor estimate for any assistant time will be discussed with bride/groom 60 days prior to your wedding date, plus labor estimate fees for any assistant time, due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Weddings in excess of 250 guests may be subject to an additional fee of $500, ask for more details.

“Rush Planning Up-Charge” – Weddings with less than 3 months to plan may be assessed an additional fee of $100 per month of available planning time. Weddings with less than 6 weeks to plan will be assessed a $250 rush fee. You will be informed in advance if this would apply to your wedding.
